Jack is Back

wobblerlorriShe went to the vet yesterday to be spayed. She left with much howling and protestation.
Today she is home, but she lost her kitten peeps, eeps, and other sonar sounds!! Now she has a quiet little mrow which sounds a lot like her mama, Li'l Lisa. And she's been following either me or Mike from pillar to post all day, since she got home. Purring, laying on us, mrowing, being a very klingy kitten.
I guess she didn't enjoy her visit to the vet, and wants us to promise never to go off and leave her again! Right now she's busy stalking Crystal the Deaf White Cat, who is thoroughly enjoying it. Bill doesn't care for the way Jack smells, and has been hissing at her when she bounces him.
Instructions from the vet say she isn't supposed to run, jump, or "engage in horseplay" for 3 or 4 days.
Riiiiiiight.....
