One Down....

....two to go.
The lady who wanted Mohawk when she first showed up actually came to get her today! She came with her ~10 yr old son in tow, who is apparently going to be the cat custodian. I showed him how to hold her so she wouldn't freak (supporting hind legs and butt), gave them a copy of the Kramer Method, and sent them on their way with some of the kitten chow we've been feeding so they can get her changed over to what they feed.
Xena and Jack are completely freaked now, since there were two strangers in their room and now Sister is missing. So we've been leaving them alone today, just going in for quiet talking and pets -- we try to hold them some every day. I took them some chopped up chicken just now, and they're a little calmer.
We don't have anyone on deck for these two, though, so they'll probably end up going to a rescue place in Tallapoosa, run by a lady out of her home. She's not a hoarder, though, so I'm not worried about taking them there.
Lisa's still pretty full of milk, so no vet tomorrow. Maybe in another week... she's hanging around though, probably because she's finally figured out it's a Pretty Good Deal around here. Little Boy (her kitten from last year) dined on a chipmunk this morning, then came up wanting his pets and canned food anyway! No wonder he's so plump.
