And then there were none...
6/25/10 05:08 pmVery nice lady and her grandson came and got the last two kittens, the two orange identicals. The more outgoing boy is now Rexie, and the shyer one is Simon. The little boy is about 10, and these are his first official "HIS" pets, and he is tickled pink!
He was telling me he'd read a lot of books about taking care of cats, and he knows some kids will just let their parents take care of them, but not him, he was going to do alllll the caretaking because they were HIS responsibility and they were going to be HIS kittens! His grandparents have adopted him, so he lives with them.
So I feel we did really good by this litter of kittens, I feel so proud and so grateful to SPOT Atlanta for making it possible for these babies to find homes. It wasn't a week after they were fixed before they all went to new homes!
