C25K update

Just finished day 1 of Week 3 (or W3D1 in C25K-speak). That consists of a 5 min warmup, 90 sec jog, 90 sec walk, 3 min jog, 3 min walk, 90 sec jog, 90 sec walk, repeat, then 5 min cool down.
I've been going 2.8 mph for my walks and 3.5 mph for my jogs, but last week I stepped it up and did 3.0 walks and 4.0 mph jogging in the last jog interval. I didn't die, so today I started out with 3.0/4.0. Got through the first 2 min of the first 3 min jog at 4 mph, then had to back down to 3.5. All the walks went at 3.0 mph.
The last 90 sec jog was at 4 mph, and the next one as well, but I flat hit the wall in the last 3 min jog. I made it 2 min through at 3.5 mph, but then I had to walk the rest of the way. I did sneak in another minute of jogging at 3.5 mph, then cooled down from 3.0 to 1.7 over 6 min.
Finished up with 1.5 miles in 30:15 min. Not too shabby, at least not for me. I'm going to keep trying 4.0 mph, but I may be doing this week for 2 weeks before I'm satisfied I'm ready to move on.
Now it's time for a shower.
