Morning surprise

This morning I stepped out onto the back deck to feed the outdoor cats, and discovered that we had been gifted during the night with a disembodied squirrel head. A rather large squirrel, too, if the head was any indication.

I thanked Little Boy and Li'l Lisa, then threw the head discreetly over the fence into the housing project behind us.
