Holy Blessed Mother On A Popsicle Stick...
.... it might snow tonight and tomorrow! Which is fine with me, because that means it's getting warmer. And being from the South, I'm like a kid when it snows.
It's 26 degrees right now at 10:11 am EST. I think that was the HIGH temp yesterday. That's -3.3 C for you metric types...
We warmed up the canned food for the outdoor cats, and gave them nice warm hamburger grease last night, and warm milk periodically thru the day. The indoor cats spent the day piled up on me -- I had Brownie in my lap (her usual place), warmly wrapped in a flannel pillow case, Crystal the Deaf White Cat snugged up against my right side, and Bill the Fat Grey Cat across my chest (for some reason he won't lay in your lap, he has to be weird). I was Encrusted With Cats. But then they helped keep me warm, so that's alright.
Maggie Snax the Amazingly Fat Calico spent the day under my quilt, or having a passive-aggressive shoving match with Brownie about who would get my lap when I was at the computer. Right now she's got her head on my left hand, which makes it difficult to type...
