Allergies and a note for aemilia
4/20/08 10:19 pmSee that user pic? I wish I could do that and get the ginormous hard crusty blood-n-mucus crunchy bits out. I've been taking OTC Zyrtec, and it helps a little bit, but I'm congested, wheezy, and don't feel all that spiffy. I've been rinsing out my nostrils with my Neti Pot, loaded with pure salt and zinc immune system booster, at least it cleans out the night's accumulation of bloody crusty goodness.
Yay spring.
And for aemilia: Have you ever tried Ritalin? Mike is bipolar, and he's been taking Ritalin for about a year now, and he says it's really evened his mood out a lot. You might want to look into it... he also says it seems to have made his other drugs work better.
