Newest Rocking Horse Done!
3/6/06 10:06 pmFinally got him finished, and if I do say so myself, he looks rather sharp. Here he is:
I've had a rock on him, and he stood up to me like a champ. I've got another one cut out, this time a full-size horse on a swinger stand. (Note: "full-size" does NOT mean "the size of a real horse". It means the finished horse will stand about 4 feet tall at the ears and is big enough for an adult to ride. Mike thought it meant "the size of a real horse omigod where will we put THAT thing!")
So I'm taking orders.... hint hint. I was intending to keep this full size one, but I've told Mike I'll list it on eBay and see what it brings. I think I'll start it at $450 or so. This little paint horse, who tells me his name is Martin, is going to my niece and her two daughters.
