And she could tell I was NOT doing well. She put me on Bactrim for a week, and told me if I wasn't feeling a lot better in a couple of days to call, and we'd do some imaging. She's concerned I might have another kidney stone that is harboring bacteria, and causing the infection to come back.

So that's where we are right now. I feel like shit, worn out and worn down. My back aches a little bit. I'm running a low grade temp. I think I'll take a nap.
